  • "Customer" refers to any individual or business purchasing our products
  • "Products" refers to fresh herbs and related services
  • "Services" includes delivery, subscription, and customer support

3. Product Quality and Standards

All herbs are grown in accordance with international food safety standards and UK import regulations. We guarantee freshness within 4 days of harvest when stored according to our guidelines.

4. Ordering and Payment

  • Minimum order value of £100 applies to all orders
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment terms: Cash on Delivery or 30-day trade account (subject to approval)
  • Subscription services require minimum 6-month commitment

5. Delivery

Delivery charges apply based on location and order size. We aim to deliver within agreed timeframes but cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted for quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.
