Day 1: Order Placed
You place your order through our platform. Our team in Kenya receives your specifications and immediately begins the selection process from your dedicated herb plot in the Highlands.
Day 2: Harvest & Pack
Your herbs are handpicked at dawn when essential oils are at their peak. They're immediately processed, packed in temperature-controlled packaging, and prepared for transport to DHL's Nairobi facility.
Day 3: Flight to London
Every Tuesday, your herbs board the daily Kenya Airways or British Airways flight to London Heathrow. The climate-controlled cargo hold maintains optimal conditions throughout the 8-hour journey.
Day 4: Delivered to You
PML Seafrigo collects your herbs from Heathrow and transports them to our Feltham warehouse. From there, they're dispatched for same-day delivery to your kitchen — fresh, fragrant, and ready to elevate your dishes.
